I stood there for two minutes while 3 staff were right in front of me doing anything but acknowledging me before one got another to serve me.
Very dodgy. We had a redeem free Dino donut from the Jurassic park thing. They only had one left and my daughter didn't want that flavour so she wanted the star one which was the same price. They told us No. but then someone else from the same Jurassic park event came with there Dino voucher, and got to choose what he wanted. How is that fair? So my daughter is sitting there thinking why they said no to her but let another kid choose what he wanted. Do better!! If you're going to say no to mine then keep with that. Very disa... read more
Everytime I go here they have everything packed up and it's nowhere near closing time. Do better.
Great customer service. Especially from the young blond guy. And great coffee making from the young girl.
