I am a Carer, & regularly take clients here. We have milkshakes before a movie & usually are denied seating after 4pm as they have to keep the tables & chairs sanitised. This particular day there was no alternative seats for us at the plaza. Advocating for my guys w a disability who find it hard to walk & drink & eat? I don’t want to give any star .. the service , food is awful the owner of this place was so disgusting and arrogant, u can’t run ur business if you don’t have manners and humanity… i can’t explain his behaviour in review . Last but not least you need to learn so many things so basic things , how to deal with customers, how you can communicate with people …
Utterly disgraceful. I sat down on a chair at the end of an open seating area due to mobility issues whilst I was on a phone call. Staff approached and asked if I had ordered anything; when I said no, they demanded I leave. I repeated I am just sitting on a chair. Then the franchisee pushed a table at me and screamed inches from my face, all in front of other customers, she called security and QPS (who attended and even brought a trolley from Coles to assist me with walking) they recognising my mobility needs.
