In trying to redeem my NRMA coupon the lady serving me told me that I have used it already even though I haven’t… her argument to back her point up was the fact that I didn’t have a barcode, she then made me exit the application and my coupon was not there anymore. Wasted coupon that’s now no longer redeemable.

Bought a hotdog for my son and he complained it tasted funny. I tried it and the tomato sauce was sour tasting and smelt really off. Took it back to notify staff who told me tomato sauce is supposed to be sour (was the bottled Fountain brand which parents are all too familiar with - which is not sour in a way that is off). Staff then proceeded to tell me to use more sauce to mask the sourness which made no sense. With 1 service and food experience..would have been lovely if we'd got the 4 cinnamon donuts ..not cold as we waited a fair while for the donuts.. then ten minutes later got the 2 cappuccinos ..was in the past excellent service but the head lady not the greatest service recently this has happened twice re.. cold cinnamon donuts and wait time for coffee not a happy customer

Lady is very RUDE. Just brought shake from her store she started cleaning packing away table and chairs had my hands full and wouldn't even let me use a table. And it sure wasn't any trouble, but for her that was too difficult. She told me put my food and stuff into the shoe holder of the play area. Them started to give attitude cause she knew I wasn't impressed. I will never buy again from the shop. She doesn't know how to give good customer service either I asked for thick shake to be fairly think she said she can't to hot... read more
