Terrible customer service and product
Have been here a few times with the kids. Each time they aggressively upsell and appear dissatisfied when you don't agree to multiple upsells in the one order. Their pricing seems very fluid ( we purchase the same thing each time ) by about $5 or so which is in line with other people's comments. Looking for an alternative for the kids.
I've been here a few times recently and for the last 5 or so times I've been overcharged and underportioned. I've tried to bring it up to the workers here but I've been told that "that's how it's done" when it's very clearly not. I ordered an Aussie Dog since theyve shown it on the menu and they charged me a regular dog plus bacon, making it overall more expensive.
