Have been here a few times with the kids. Each time they aggressively upsell and appear dissatisfied when you don't agree to multiple upsells in the one order. Their pricing seems very fluid ( we purchase the same thing each time ) by about $5 or so which is in line with other people's comments. Looking for an alternative for the kids.
I've been here a few times recently and for the last 5 or so times I've been overcharged and underportioned. I've tried to bring it up to the workers here but I've been told that "that's how it's done" when it's very clearly not. I ordered an Aussie Dog since theyve shown it on the menu and they charged me a regular dog plus bacon, making it overall more expensive. Beware although they have signs up for deals they will charge you full price and take no accountability for ripping you off. Claiming there are conditions attached which aren't stated on any signage. Buyer beware!! Edited to add: notice the response doesn't actually address the issue. I raised my concerns in person and that the signage was unclear and I felt I had been overcharged. O god , the lady at the front counter was so rude, I was there with big smile in my face and I greet her , greeting to customer's is on side but even not a simple smile. I can understand that she may have busy day but a smile does not cost anything
