4 girls on shift and all standing around talking. Had to ask to be served and then still waited 10 mins for a milkshake. Only girl doing anything was the barista girl.
3:30pm on a Sunday and they are no longer serving cinnamon donuts as they advised they have turned off their machine. Saw around six other people turned away at the same time. Bit pointless being open if your main product is not available to purchase.
Went to get a free donut today with my coffee as it is free donut day I was charged for two donuts we I didn’t ask for when I asked for a refund they refused paid $7.00 for a small coffee they said to take a free donut for there mistake they wasn’t the point as I paid for them not happy about it
Tables dirty, sour girl taking the order at the counter. Need to clean up or have more staff on. Also, do some training on customer service.
I wasn’t happy with the service. I paid cash and I wanted a receipt. The barista says they ran out of paper for the register. And said they have ordered it but hasn’t come in What kind of business doesn’t have enough supply of paper for the register? She couldn’t be bothered. It’s not even busy.
