I am so very disappointed in my recent visit. My daughter and I stopped in on Friday to grab a hot dog and 2 milkshakes. While the milkshakes were lovely the hot dog was awful. The first one the was made the sausage broke in half and it was just shoved loosely into the bag with the excuse of “sorry the hot dog isn’t the best”, I asked for a new one to be made as I wasn’t going to accept that. amazing service 😍 super friendly & helpful!
Ordered a cupaccino with 2 donuts. They started and then stopped to serve someone else. When l eventually received it it was a flat white with 2 flattened donuts. Took it back and asked for my money back. I won’t be going to Redbanks Donut King again. It was obvious that the young girls were not trained properly. Really disappointed
