I don’t normally leave reviews, but I decided to write one because I’m a regular customer at Donut King every Wednesday and Thursday\. Recently, the coffee quality has changed\. I usually order a vanilla latte, but yesterday and today I could barely taste either the coffee or the vanilla\. My friend ordered a hot chocolate, and she couldn’t taste the chocolate either\. I have been going to donut king for a while but today’s poor customer service has made me decide to not go there ever .Had a burnt plastic taste to coffee and could not even drink it .Blond girl was least bothered by the feedback and even on returning the coffee ,kept smiling with co staff .Absolutely pathetic service and zero manners to treat the customer
Staff are rude and need to learn the disability discrimination act. As I was discriminated against for have my assistance dog on my knee who was helping with a medical episode. Learn to treat everyone with respect
