Amazing service and coffee.
Highly recommend Donut King Pakenham. Emma is always bubbly and friendly which is a great of fresh air. The donuts are delish, especially the cinnamon which has a lovely crispness.
Once a week a treat myself to a large latte and two cinnamon donuts to take away. The ladies (and gent) who take and fill my order are always lovely and prompt — and the coffee is really good. So, when the kids and I had the most horrendous day, I decided a donut would pep us up. The amazing crew at marketplace were patient with us as we tried to order through tears and we walked away with a comped donut for the kids. Today I went to this Donut King to buy coffee. I was on the phone while in line, but I put my phone away before ordering. Before I could even greet the server, she said in a rude tone, “Let me know once you finish talking on the phone.” I placed my order, paid, and waited attentively. My order was never called out (staff claimed they called it three times, but I never heard it).
