Service ‘Without’ a smile from one young girl today! Couldn’t even acknowledge me when I spoke to her…… Served two coffees like she’d been asked to do the hardest days labour of her life and then went away laughing behind the scenes… a young very rude girl who needs to rethink her behaviour to customer service.
