Mature Asian lady serving refused to make the cinnamon doughnuts fresh and was trying to get rid of the ones already made in advance and packed and kept telling me those were fresh. If it’s not hot it’s not fresh and there are signs saying that you make it fresh, either make sure you hire decent staff that is not lazy or don’t advertise that you make it fresh - did not buy because of her lazy service

Iced Donuts were so stale very expensive. Usually so soft and fresh. Hard and tasteless Very disappointing and will not buy again
The mature looking lady that was working today 7/12/25 at 2:55pm slammed the swinging door and it flung back at me. I tried to get her attention to warn her incase it happens again causing harm to another person. I waited 5 minutes to try to talk to her but she didn’t look back to check if I was okay. The lack of care towards potential customers is concerning and I hope my feedback encourages the business to revisit training.
My 90 year old mum was served today by a younger staff member. With a Seniors Card it's a cheaper price for 2 donuts & coffee. The girl insisted on seeing my mum's Seniors card. Come on, really? I can understand if she didn't look 60 but she's 90. Mum never has any trouble with the mature lady staff member.
