my dad went here looking to redeem a free coffee and what did the person on service say, "i didnt know we had an app" and the other day on free hot cinnamon donut day, to get a free hot cinni you had to download the app, i did and they still said no, the service has degraded over the years with my hot cinnamon donuts being undercooked and the rude old lady down the front, what happened donut king, you used to be og.

Donuts were excellent, however was charged $1 extra for soy milk in my cappuccino. It was Aldi soy milk too, which is absolutely fine by me, but 1lt of Aldi soy milk is $1.15. IMO that's price gouging.

Coffee and donuts great but very rude woman serving .Did not charge me the seniors special but full price because I did not show seniors card on ordering. Have never had to show seniors card before as I am 80 years old and look it! I did eventually get the seniors price but only after a ride interchange with said woman

I feel an updated review was needed. Previously gave this place a 3 star. I have since been back and my opinion has changed. The staff are friendly. The store in clean and tidy. The staff made fresh cinnamon donuts on request without any hesitation. My last review probably was written out of frustration and uncalled for. Good job guys at Donut King North Rocks.
