Got the Aussie dog (hotdog with cheese, bacon, and caramelised onion). There was less than a teaspoon of each ingredient, the onions were no where near “caramelised”, the guy who served me had the attitude of someone seconds away from putting a gun in his mouth, and it costed $10.50!
Today I bought 2 milkshakes for my grandkids. As usual, the staff were so pleasant and efficient with smiles on their faces. We paid, left and went and sat at a table in the food court, not too far from the service area but as we sat down, one of the kids dropped their milkshake. We got it all cleaned up and continued on to eat our lunch. About 5 minutes later, a stranger came over and told us that Donut King were making us a new milkshake. We were so grateful! Delicious fluffy cinnamon donuts - best Donut King in Brisbane north.
Michelle was extremely rude and made us feel very unwelcome!! Terrible customer service and will not be returning!!! If people like this don’t want to be there, then leave so someone else can get a job!!
