Ordered the “box” of 6 for $10.63. All came in a small paper bag and donuts were obviously about to fall through the oily bag. I asked if I could get a plastic bag to which she replied “BAG COST EXTRA!”. I then asked for another paper bag to double bag it. She sighs and instead of bagging it for me or even handing it to me, she popped it on the counter and walked away. The coffee and the donuts were spot on But unfortunately the customer service is bad There was a young man there who’s service was good but the girl was pretty dry and looked like she was ready to fight me 😂 If the customer service was better you’d have 5 stars from me based on the food 👌
What a horrible experience here. The young Asian girl here is so rude. She avoided me when I asked for a bag and rolled her eyes at me. She than ran to the back while I was waiting for service for a bag after buying a few things here I could not carry in one hand. I will never return here again. If she does not like serving people she should not be working here
These were the best donuts I've had in years. Please keep up the great job.
