Been there twice, both times shit service and food. Milkshake was off
Totally disgustered i went to donut king in nambour plaza and got 3 cinimon donuts as the girl was coating in the cinimon she said to her off sider look a cockroach in the cinimon pile and proceeded to pick it out with the tongs then used same tongs to put donuts in bag in front of me i said are you kidding me just keep them thanks i walked off and she contiued to serve people out of the same bowl as the cockroach totally wrong plus i didnt get a refund
Bought cinnamon donut mini cup! Imagine my horror after eating two to find this in it! A giant cockroach 🤮 Update: customer support contacted me that evening and said would conduct thorough investigation. Next morning got a response saying investigation was complete and that all the correct processes and protocols were in place!!! and for me to return to get a refund 🤣 Impossible for a proper investigation into H&S and Food Control procedures under FCP to take place in such a short space of time!!
