Went there yesterday to Morayfield plaza one. Wanted a lime milkshake ~ hadn’t had one in years. $7.50 was shocking. The lady who made it was old enough to understand what the difference is between a milkshake and a thick shake. But she didn’t care.. no! Upon handing it to me - she was watching as I attempted just a sip through the straw. Nothing was coming up. Staff member too busy talking to a rep to acknowledge customers waiting. As a result, was not ready to serve on opening time.
Myself and husband at morayfeild DK young boy serving on his own .multiskilling everything .heaps of people waiting and he was fantastic didn't stress was multiskilling everything .got everyone served and happy .what an asset to your company 2=00pm sat the 19th.thanks for a great employer he should be rewarded
I bought six mini jam balls today at 11:30 AM. They tasted terrible – they were still frozen inside even after microwaving and frying them beforehand. I complained to the staff, but they did not offer any refund or compensation – not even an apology. I can’t recommend this store.
