Staff member too busy talking to a rep to acknowledge customers waiting. As a result, was not ready to serve on opening time.

I bought six mini jam balls today at 11:30 AM. They tasted terrible – they were still frozen inside even after microwaving and frying them beforehand. I complained to the staff, but they did not offer any refund or compensation – not even an apology. I can’t recommend this store.
Don’t get the hot dog here, or at least don’t get it with cheese or onion, the cheese doesn’t get melted and there’s so much of it that it just takes over everything, the onion is barely cooked at all so it very chewy and strong, the roll was nice and the sausage was ok but you really need to do better with the cheese and onion.
