We purchased some cold drinks at this store but had coffee from shop next door cos theres is crap, went to sit down & the rude store owner lady sitting on her laptop thinking shes important asked if we bought something from there, indicating her annoyance we were going to sit at a table, what a nasty woman, rude service will never ever recommend,

Went there today to redeem a free donut with a promo they have on the app. I went up and showed the reward on my phone to an older lady who then tells me I have to buy one of their other specific $6 donuts in order to redeem it. I said it doesn’t say that anywhere and in the most condescending tone she says “yes it does” and gave me a stank face. I was already in a mood and I didn’t wanna argue so I just left. Great service sometimes when busy food quality goes down as in order notes being missed. Alot of people always walking past you while ur eating. Yet Service is amazing lovely People who work there so thats a bonus.
