I noticed a staff member speaking to an indigenous customer in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh and somewhat patronising while they were deciding. It also came across as potentially biased, which made the situation uncomfortable to witness. I hope all customers are treated with respect moving forward.

Today I had a genuinely upsetting experience at this establishment. My 4 year old daughter, my 36 week pregnant sister in law, and I briefly sat in the seating area because my sister-in-law was struggling to walk comfortably and my daughter was tired after being in an already very overstimulating shopping centre. We fully intended to purchase coffee from this store after we finished our lunch. Arrived at 340 when google says they shut at 4 and told i couldn't have a dohnut sunday and could only ordered the dohnuts that had been sitting in the counter all day as they were already mostly closed.
Unhygienic, im just going to leave these photos here there is flies on the donuts. Servers were nice but didnt know there own prices. I ordered the fresh donuts instead of the cabinet ones to avoid unhygienic food.
