The owners are fantastic people, friendly great service, very obliging to peoples needs, your not a number, or customer your appreciated,
Very friendly and prompt service and always the best donuts and coffee. A must stop when shopping at MidValley.
Update: those 2 individuals now gone. But beware surcharge of 40cents on card paymens. And no signage to notify customers. New hire staff are forced to work here by workways and you can really tell on the level of service. Young male no smile no personality. Young female the same.
Came here and the server proceeds to serve 4 other people before myself considering I was there before them. There were 2 other workers and 1 was on their phone. Honestly, go to Donny's Donuts if you want excellent customer service and better coffee.
