Absolutely horrible experience, at donut king last week. To put it nicely, I was served by a bigger girl, dark hair, quite freckly. She acted like it was an inconvenience to have to make a milkshake. Judging by the reviews it doesn't seem like its the first time this has happened either. Are you really that desperate donut king? certainly seems like it to hire someone so rude. Do not ever come to the this shop. Horrible service and the donut was over priced dry and all together a horrible experience I recommend everyone to get there donuts from anywhere else like the hotdog place at Karingal do not come here unless you like being disappointed.
Don't advertise you're open until 5.30pm on Sunday & then say we can't even get a thick shake at 4.50pm because you've packed everything up ! Great job disappointing little kids !!!
Walk in at 8:25 to witness the boy grabbing small donuts with NO GLOVES ON and putting them in the cups to sell. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT DAY OLD DONUTS WITH GERMS. NEW, management, not a good look... gloves.
Terrible service on multiple occasions. Always packing the store up more than an hour before close. Donut machine is always mysteriously broken 1 hour before closing time and waiting on service tech to fix. Shocking customer servce. Will not return.
