Ever since the prices went up, this establishment has gone absolutely down hill. The customer service was dreadful, the person at the till can't even count! I can't even order a thick shake anymore because you guys don't even have the common decency to fix the machine. Did I mention the prices? Senior donut's now cost a dollar when they used to be free. Now I don't know if there was just a change in management in the last couple months, but this is just unacceptable. -Signed, H Dawg.
Had to give a 4 star purely just for service. The team were under a lot of pressure with a large line up and looked like some things weren't going well. However the team was able to clear the back log of customers relatively quickly. Not the cheapest place in town, but what is these days with cost of living. I mean how much more can you charge for a milkshake and a donut. Only feedback is we ordered the new biscoff quake shake and nobody knew how to make it. I came up to Tuncurry to spend a few days and called in here.Service was a bit slow due to only one person serving but no complaints on the food or drinks. They advertise chicken and cheese sandwiches on the their board but when you ask, to not do them.A lot of people have complained about this but they do nothing about it.Very poor management
