Had to give a 4 star purely just for service. The team were under a lot of pressure with a large line up and looked like some things weren't going well. However the team was able to clear the back log of customers relatively quickly. Not the cheapest place in town, but what is these days with cost of living. I mean how much more can you charge for a milkshake and a donut. Only feedback is we ordered the new biscoff quake shake and nobody knew how to make it. I came up to Tuncurry to spend a few days and called in here.Service was a bit slow due to only one person serving but no complaints on the food or drinks. They advertise chicken and cheese sandwiches on the their board but when you ask, to not do them.A lot of people have complained about this but they do nothing about it.Very poor management
Legit hopeless
Great service for coffee and cold drinks, especially if you go in during the week. They have a slider advertizing board which lists chicken and cheese toasties. However the staff say they do not do them anymore. This is very embarrassing for the staff when so many customers ask for them. It is false advertizing and has been reported to the consumer council as under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are prohibited from making false or misleading representations about their goods or services.
