Well, where do I start? We were going to buy a doughnuts from here until we saw blowflies in the cabinets. Don’t you have doors on the cabinets? This is disgusting. I should report to health inspectors
Waited 30 min for cinnamon doughnuts which are supposed to be the main pull for this business. They had to make up a batch of batter first, then cook them. The employees here are lacking in customer service skills and motivation. There were multiple people waiting as long as we did. Whoever is this franchisee is heading for financial disaster. Treat your employees better, train them and give them a reason to care about their jobs.
Closed at 9am??? Every time I go here they are shut for some reason. If you can't run your franchise sell it!!!
