People need to learn how to listen when placing an order as I’m sick of getting crap service from this donut king in the food court and owner did not care
Ordered some cinnamon doughnuts from here and WOW! The service was impeccable and so was the food. I was served by a beautiful young lady called Holly, and she was absolutely amazing put through my rewards promptly. Great work guys!
Rude customer service Staff did not even know how to apply rewards on my donut king rewards card Would not have thought it would have been hard to make a soy coffee and 2 cinnamon donuts as free through rewards freebies had in my rewards app Ended up just getting a coffee - the soy milk was burnt and service was just awful Donut King located outside of Woolworths at Erina Fair
