Wanted a milkshake but no icecream. I asked if the price was different but no it wasn't.. why????
It was lovely experience, I had great service by a lovely lady called Samantha she gave me good option on what donuts I should try and she also made a lovely latte that I had with my cinnamon scroll. I am definitely come back to this donut king when I’m back in town.
Have visited this Donut King a lot the past couple weeks. The customer service is GREAT! My Iced Latte was always made amazing and the fresh hot donuts were so good. I tried the one in Central Mall but this one is for better!!
I was told to move I was eating sushi, And was about to order a donut. I was in the middle of my lunch break and Hayley Told me I had to move as I had not ordered anything from there YET ! put a sign up and tech your children you have working for you to learn some manners and speak kindly to people. She embarrassed me inform of the other people sat around me and they all laughed at her thanks Hayley for try ruining my lunch break
Customer Service has a lot to be desired. The girl serving or a better word pretending to serve had a angry face who needed everything repeated twice, not because she is hard of hearing but because she was angry, unhappy and didn't want to be there. Go home and stop making others experience as miserable as yours.. hot dog was not the best watered down tomato sauce. Iced do nut lovely.
