Thick shakes were made nicely i went in during closing and got free donuts.
Absolutely terrible. I get a drink at least once a month. Today, I decided to time the barrister, it took her 18.45 minutes to make 2 hot drinks. I was there with 3 young children. It was hell. Please train these new employees better or treat the old ones better because it's beyond a joke. Each time I have been we have had to wait at least 10 minutes which is fine when you have other customers in front but I was the only one ordering anything today.
