I ordered a toasting meal with 2 don't. Ham, cheese and tomato sandwich came out without tomato when I asked for tomato the servo said ok I'll stick some on. That she did. Cold slices of tomato on the outside of the sandwich. I guess they don't toast sandwiches well parts of it. I did get my don't 10 mins later as they forgot to make them. Extremely disappointing service and food.
Dalby Donut Man is way better.
Happy staff. Often a crowd of customers waiting but service is fairly quick. Coffee is made with speed and not with love but that’s standard for Donut Kings I’ve visited. No card fee. Shoppingworld food court next to Donut King is just space with lines of tables & no atmosphere. Tables are often clean but not always.
Have been a regular at this DK. The staff are always nice and every now and then you catch a Gem. Today ‘EJ’ was the best. Such a fantastic young lady. Perfect service, great coffee and delicious donuts. We’ll keep coming back. Especially with Girls like EJ working there. Thank you 🙏 Stopped in for a cool drink and we were both absolutely blown away with the service and adorable nature of Grace. What a star this beautiful young woman is.
