Absolutely appalling customer service every single time I visit. I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt hoping the experience will improve but it never does. The staff are consistently rude and dismissive. Twice now I’ve gone in intending to make a purchase, received rude customer service, and walked away without buying anything. It’s genuinely shocking how poor the service is. Truly disappointing and unacceptable behaviour.
Went here yesterday, terrible customer service, rude staff, there's obviously a huge problem looking at the recent reviews. I've always loved DK, but take your money elsewhere. Won't be returning.
Bad customer service, turned down 3 customers 5 minutes before opening in a really rude Mannar! They could of easily served them as they had 3 staff on but far enough it wasn't the time the shop was scheduled to open, but at least be polite about it
Large improvement in customer service this time. The guy in the beanie and glasses was very kind. Made perfect small talk, assisted in making a selection on thick shakes and even successfully upsold us to the quakeshake AND donuts. Definitely a lot of improvement here. Smiles all round
