Why is the eating area at the Westfield Coomera always a mess. Dirty tables and chairs everywhere. Always apologise stating been busy, no time to clean...poor excuse sorry. Service is ok but not hygienic.
Came in today at 5:15 & was told couldn’t get a hotdog because the machine was off for the day for cleaning. They close at 6pm. After reading the comments I can see this is an on going problem for this business! Maybe they should rectify this by keeping the workers longer after close for the clean & not shortening the people on the food selection. Also you’d make a little more money that way. I just want try the hotdogs here simple solution. Costco is down the street with 2 dollar hotdog & drink.
Not the best service at all waited half an hour just for six over priced crappy cinnamon donuts there were others waiting for coffee and worst customers that hadn’t even been served yet while the two guy’s serving were hiding in the kitchenette area poor poor poor service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Shop closes at 6pm according to Google. 4.28pm tried to get hot cinnamon donuts and were told they are closed for cleaning the machine now, surely it doesn’t take 90 minutes to clean the machine. When I asked if they shut at 6? She said ‘ummm I’m not sure, it always changes’ ???? I Think it’s 16 year old employees wanting to do the minimum amount of work. Has happened a few times now.
This is the second time in the last three weeks that I've tried to order from this particular Donut King via Uber Eats, and 15 minutes later, after placing the order, they cancel it with a message "order cannot be filled". I'm not 100% sure what's going on with this articular shop. The only thing I'm ordering is, Two hot dog combos. Just to clarify, I'm not ordering at weird times.
