The hotdog was cold asked for cheese unfortunately it had non. The girl making the hot dog ask did you get your drink unfortunately no was the answer oh did you get your donuts no sorry. Terrible service for girl taking orders .
Ordered thru Uber Eats and they substituted my items very well, staff was lovely and the doughnuts were perfect❤️
Young lady was in process of making previous customer's coffee. She looked at me asked are you right. I replied with a smile, I'll give my order when you're finished. Grumpily she asked what do you want, I replied a vanilla milkshake please. She was quiet, I paid . She finished other customers coffee then served 3 more people. She started my milkshake and handed it to me within secs. It tasted like ordinary milk with icecream in the bottom of cup. I swirled it around for flavour. Possibly one of the worst I’ve been to as far as service and care goes. Customer service is a foreign concept
The barrister was too slow. Many upset customers including me. My coffee and donuts were just placed on the counter. Nobody called out the order. Pathetic service.
