Ordered food and a milkshake. Waited 15 minutes for a milkshake after they served numerous people milkshakes that had ordered after us. I proceeded to reminded them about our milkshake and nothing was still done after they served more milkshakes until the ice cream machine ran out. I was told it’ll be a further 20 minute wait, I asked for a refund for the milkshake and was given a dirty look and no apology. This place lacks customer service and will never be receiving my money again.
We got dirty looks after ordering not only that but we paid the cost of what was advertised and got something completely diffrent, when i was literally ordering my drink (ICED chocolate) emphasis iced. They murmed about surving a thickshake instead. I payed 8$ for something i didnt even order 0/10 experience just give me whats advertised next time
the manager was extremely rude
Great donuts and pastries. Friendly service. But remember. . . everything in moderation!
