Just bought a coffee for the first time from Donut King. The sales girl was absolutely miserable and annoyed. The coffee was boiling hot and tasted terrible. Took one sip and went straight in the bin. I grabbed another coffee from Oliver Brown.
Staff lacking in customer service and friendliness.
Was served by one of the most miserable, sour employees I've encountered for a long time. I witnessed her talking to the 2 other staff members so disrespectfully. When asking another employee if shes always like that, she said yes but shes the manager. I can see by the reviews im not the only one who won't be going back!! I think the owner needs a change of management
The service was terrible. I can tolerate a long wait, but I can't stand it when the staff are disrespectful to customers and seem to be prejudiced against Asians.
