Hi there, Unfortunately I have resorted to this because my experience last week was very bad. My review is aimed to the owner's. I work in the same center and I was a customer who came regularly to buy good's and have a good chat to the beautiful team member's there. The coffee is so weak I could barely taste it. I complained. The owner was there and said she'd get it fixed for future coffees and offered a refund. We tried again several weeks later and exactly the same issue. It's as though a single shot is used to make two coffees. We're done with them, no more for us there. Incidentally, we also get Donut King coffee elsewhere and don't have this issue. I’m deeply disappointed with the service at Bateau Bay Doughnut King. I preordered my son’s favourite doughnuts via DK occasions three days in advance, taking advantage of a Boxing Day promotional discount to plan a special delivery for his 6th birthday. At 7 PM the night before, I was informed my order couldn’t be fulfilled because the store chose to prioritise selling the doughnuts at full price instead. Went to donut king at bateau bay on Monday 29th and ordered a milkshake from a young lady service was good but when I got the milkshake the milk was warm not cold. So I only drunk half and now I have been sick and on the toilet the whole day. Was the worst thing I have ever brought will be taking this to health inspectors as this is not right.
