Service was horrible. I ask if I could use the my free donut that I got from the game they have and the lady was so rude about it . So I walked away never going back
Not greeted when waiting to be served Can't get most items on board No large shakes etc
When we enquired about a free donut for pensioners I was told that they no longer do pensioner discounts No longer get my business Very poor PR
Other stores offer 2 donuts for pensioners with a coffee purchase. This store offers one. Was told if we want 2 donuts they only sell them in pairs. No plates for eating in store. Not the best of customer service
