Absolutely disappointed. Went here for a treat with a girlfriend, ordered some donuts and a caramel frappe; the worker had asked if it was a latte twice which I proceeded to correct her (no biggy). After paying for food and drinks I had waited over 20 mins before I had to go approach the front counter where both workers were gathered around a phone. I really enjoyed their food and and i would come here every Monday, Thursday, Friday, just to have lunch there and i love their customer service and how they remember what you order
About a week ago, I came here to pick up a DoorDash delivery order. When I showed the order details page to the staff member, the lady with her hair tied up seemed unable to understand English. She stared at my phone screen for at least a minute and then asked me if I had a picture. As a delivery driver, I am not obligated to provide any information other than the order details.
