Went there for coffee and donut. Staff told to wait 10 min for donut and we waited. Went after more than 10 min but were told again to wait 10 min cause oil is heating. Why not tell first it will take how much time? Wasted our time. Grow up!
Worst iced coffee ever I tried. I gave $1 extra and they put an amount I couldn’t believe my eyes as less as they could put.
Shame that your staff , in uniform , opt to use the disabled seats on the bus , especially when there are multiple other empty seats
Very disappointing experience. I dealt with an Indian male staff member who was extremely rude and had no idea how to speak to customers respectfully. His attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I genuinely wonder if he has ever been taught basic customer service.
