Quality staff, quality donuts, kind and the best coffee I've had. Legends.
Staff need better training and need to listen to the customer so they make less mistakes. Ordered a triple shot flat white, ended up with a very mild tasting coffee, hot water was a better description. She replaced it after being asked 3 times, finally got my replacement 15 minutes later and it tasted burnt. Couldn’t be bothered waiting another 15 minutes for a replacement. Didn’t know the old management, the guys now are fantastic. Service with a smile, genuine care and enthusiasm. Great range of donuts too!
It’s become one of the worst place for coffee. If you order for large coffee then you get extra foam in your cup. I also pay for Carmel shots to
New management, fresh new and eager staff. Good coffee. Much better than it used to be.
