Always fast and friendly.
Team member, presumably the manager, was sitting on a food prep counter with her feet up on another. Only when three people were waiting did she come and serve us. Ordered a tea with milk, was served without milk and refused to add the milk. Now I sit here with a boiling cup if water waiting for it to cool. The woman working here was quite rude to the delivery person the cinnamon donuts here are inconsistently coated and the bag filled with clumpy excess sugar. Was not even offered napkins with them.
