Quality, efficient and effective works and lovely staff
I recently came to Dontex after being told they could help me with a RAM TRX. I was in desperate need and turned up at Dontex unannounced and with no appointment. Lee came to greet me and could see I was in need. He dropped everything he was doing to help. Within 15 minutes he found the issue and fixed what others couldn’t. When I offered to pay he refused. I couldn’t recommend a workshop or Lee more. An absolute legend and a great mechanic.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt I had to share this. I brought my 2015 SRT here for a Stage 3 package, and it was just a huge letdown. The team was rude and didn’t seem to care once they had my money. After everything was “done,” the car felt the same. I compared it with the stock run and the power numbers were basically identical.
