Poor communication due to recent storms, which I understand, but even to this date, my attempts at reaching out went unanswered. It's as if my messages fell into an electronic black hole. I'm not sure what's going on.
NGL I was a little apprehensive at first because it’s not a big name like carvana or carmax. But to my surprise they made the process really smooth and also offered a great price for my car. I didn’t even have to drive to them, one of their team members came over to pick it up. Koren was great to work with and he took care of everything perfectly from the beginning to the end.
Koren was easy to work with, their evaluation process was done remotely which made it very convenient.
This company did a great job of streamlining the process! They paid me what I was hoping for the value of my vehicle and handled everything in only a few hours. Koren was also super great about texting me to answer all my questions and set up my appointment on my time! Thanks again for helping me with this intimidating process.
