I had very good service from Don’t Touch Electric. The smoke alarms in my Airbnb were going off for no apparent reason, disrupting my guests. A technician came out with a couple of hours of my call and replaced a deficient detector.
They did a great job of keeping me informed of their arrival. Doug found and corrected our issue quickly, and then took care of a few other issues. Would highly recommend.
Used Don’t Touch for the wiring and electric box requirements for hot tub installation. Entire experience was professional from original estimate to work completion. Loved that the specialist who did the estimate was also the technician who did the work. Highly recommend specialist Doug Simpson and office manager Kristen is A+ to deal with and a very nice person to rely on for updates. Will definitely use them again for more work around the house.
The service was excellent, from start to finish. The office staff was pleasant and very helpful. Doug who did my installations was polite, efficient and offered lots of helpful tips. I was really surprised at how quickly Doug worked and was finished.
