Doug was prompt, clearly communicated the problem, and charged a reasonable amount to fix the issue with my doorbell. He also had the parts on hand, making it a painless process.

Great experience with Doug from Don't Touch Electric. They came out and provided a solution for an outdoor GFI that's exposed to the elements and caused a failure last winter. He also addressed a non working doorbell. What really stood out was the super friendly service. They even offered to stop by a convenience store on their way if I needed anything! I didn't but I really appreciated the offer! Price was fair, but I honestly don't know what a competitor would charge. I'd definitely call Don't Touch Electric again.
Very professional, came to our home at the time of our appointment and made some suggestions that we should think about in the future but not pushing on any extras not needed at this time. We had a couple of circuit breakers replaced, he was done in a short period of time and cost was definitely reasonable. Our tech was Doug and we would highly recommend him and the company “Don’t Touch Electric”.
