I want to thank Doug for quickly responding to an emergency at my 85 year old mother-in-law's home at 10:30 at night. She had lost power to her refrigerator and air conditioner. He was prompt, very professional and polite. He quickly found the problem explained the problem and the remedy. He was through, efficient, and knowledgeable. He cleaned up completely and even shook her hand as he left. She was beside herself.
Doug is very knowledgeable and professional. He responded very quickly to our request to have our work done. He went above and beyond to suggest lighting changes outside our home. I would highly recommend Don't Touch Electric!
