We recently dined at Don’t Tell Aunty, a modern Indian restaurant that blends nostalgia with playful innovation. From the moment we were served the Happy Shots, we knew this would be a fun and flavourful experience. Disapointing unfortunately, the popadums were shop bought, onion bahji had no onion taste or texture, main dishes including rice were all really salty, dishes are already made sitting in pans so you cant request mild, medium or spicey,(We did ask) some of our party wanted mild dishes and opted for Butter Chicken, it was really spicey. We order drinks that didnt arrive, over all a big disappointment, we were lead to believe this place was good, but way too much salt in all of it. We have eaten curries all over the world, the U... read more

Not great, the food was really salty, we ordered lamb chops they were dry and salty, rice was also full of salt, all in all not pleasant, we love indian food but this just wasnt to standard, too much salt, lamb dry papadums not fresh pre bought, staff were friendly although we didnt get all our drinks. Try Theory Massala so so good.
