They sent me suede shoes that were damaged, but they have a no refund policy so I am out of my money and stuck with shoes that cannot be worn.

I received my shoes and tried them on and determined that an issue with the left shoe would cause problems due to pressure from the tongue of the shoe. I was approved for a return. After numerous failed attempts to obtain a return label I contacted my credit card company that issued a stop payment. This resulted in an emailed printable return label. After seeing all the classic shoes online, I was super hyped about checking out. I went to the actual store on Jamaica Ave and 164th street to check them out and probably purchase. As I walked through the store, I didn't see any of the shoes. I asked who I think was the owner, "where's the men's shoe section" because the men's section that seemed to be on the lower level was blocked off.
