Didn’t have the size I ordered online. They emailed and said they had a 1/2 size bigger. I said fine send them. No word for over a week, I sent multiple emails and multiple phone calls. They finally responded to a text. They admitted they had not completed processing the order or shipped yet. I said cancel and refund please. He said it was too late to cancel the order but I could try returning them. These people are scammers. Dispute filed.

Website says “allow 1-3 days for processing”. It’s been over a week since ordering and still not processed. Emailed support who initially responded, but never resolved the situation. Poor communication and customer service. Will not be ordering from here again.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM. WILL BE LETTING MY BANK KNOW I WAS SCAMMED. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE A CHARGE TO NOT RECEIVE MERCHANDISE. I AUTHORIZED A CHARGE TO RECEIVE MERCHANDISE THEREFORE THE CHARGE WAS UNAUTHORIZED. WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
