Place an order last week and paid for rush shipping to get my shoes on the 28th of August. It is not the 2nd of September and i have received no response back on my email, call or text. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. Terrible experience. I just want the shoes intended when I was supposed to get them.

They sent me suede shoes that were damaged, but they have a no refund policy so I am out of my money and stuck with shoes that cannot be worn.

I received my shoes and tried them on and determined that an issue with the left shoe would cause problems due to pressure from the tongue of the shoe. I was approved for a return. After numerous failed attempts to obtain a return label I contacted my credit card company that issued a stop payment. This resulted in an emailed printable return label.
