Absolute worst when it comes to customer service. And don’t get me started on the “quality” of the shoes. They arrived in a destroyed box, with the soles of both shoes separating. The glue dried in a dripping pattern down the sole and on the suedes part of the shoe. Not only were the shoes shoddily made, they sent two different sizes. I have been dealing with the returns process for two months and I have yet to hear anything. Don’t panic and buy your shoes somewhere else.
Update May 18th: after almost 2 months, PayPal has reached to a conclusion in favor of me. Getting the refund thanks to PayPal claims. This would have not happened if only the store actually processed the refund afrer they received my return, or better yet, sent me the actual shoes that I wanted. Update May 8th: it has been over a month since they haven't sent me a refund and as petty as they are, they even provide info on the very last day of the deadline on PayPal prolonging the process further. This store should not be doing business online because the person is very dishonest and doesn't like to refund people back there money when there product isn't what it should be
