As much as I would love to keep our doors open full time we will BY APPOINTMENT ONLY- which means we can be there ANY day but you need to book an appointment first. Google will show is as closed because there is no “by appointment only” feature and I don’t want people to show up to closed doors. I paid a couple hundred dollars to fly to Phoenix and saved thousands on a dress!! Every dress is in almost perfect condition, most still have the tags and she has a huge selection of all sizes and styles! Krystal is so sweet and helpful, she’s not pushy at all. I fell in love with three dresses, worst part was trying to decide!:) I love this bridal shop!!
Krystal was so great! She really knows her bridal fashion and what the seamstress is capable of. I had a really great appointment and found an amazing dress at a phenomenal price (like 60% off retail). It may not end up being THE dress but it was a great experience.
I wish I knew about Don’t Box It before I bought my dress but would recommend to everyone. I discovered them after my wedding when I was looking to consign my dress. It was a very simple and straightforward process and my dress was sold within a year. I am completely satisfied with the service and happy my dress can be used to make another bride’s day. Thank you!!
You can tell her priority is finding the dress, not making a sale. We couldn't find anything there that was what I wanted, so she gave us suggestions of other places to try and even to try a formal wear store and order a dress in white. She was amazing to work with! My mom, sister, and myself highly recommend this store for anyone whopping for a wedding dress.
Wow. Seriously, Krystal is the sweetest human I have ever met. I felt so taken care of before we even had out appointment. I didn't end up saying yes to the dress but DON'T NOT check out Don't Box It Bridals. So many beautiful dresses and price points.
