So professional, and I absolutely loved my wax! The space was extremely clean when I walked in and smelled amazing. They even offer snacks, which I really appreciate. I’ve been going to Don’t Be Shai since they first opened, and all of their waxers are professional and highly skilled. I truly love this wax center. 10/10, highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Imitate bleaching failed. Left skin darker than what it was. Barely peeled. Specialist Pinya was on the phone during service. Gave no aftercare instructions, told me don’t peel but can do everything else as normal. Later received after instruction sheet after 2 weeks! When I came in for answers. When looking for answers on why it didn’t work, specialist Pinya asked me “so what you want to do?”. Very unprofessional to ask.
