I would not recommend this establishment based on my experience. I was a customer for about a year, and while everything started off well, the service became increasingly inconsistent over time. Their business hours were unreliable, and there were multiple occasions where I drove there only to find they were unexpectedly closed. I Don't recommend this place. I had a disappointing experience at this location. As a licensed esthetician, I have a strong understanding of proper waxing techniques and client care, which made the service I received even more concerning. The waxing was not performed thoroughly—there was a significant amount of hair left behind in multiple areas, which indicates a lack of attention to detail. So professional, and I absolutely loved my wax! The space was extremely clean when I walked in and smelled amazing. They even offer snacks, which I really appreciate. I’ve been going to Don’t Be Shai since they first opened, and all of their waxers are professional and highly skilled. I truly love this wax center. 10/10, highly recommend!
