Don came to our home to fix our squeaky dryer with the promise, "If I can't fix it, I won't charge you." He opened it up and found that it'd had a fire inside. He said that he COULD fix it, but, wouldn't be inclined since it was ready to short out at several places. I agreed to bury it. I asked if I could give him something for his time, and he said "I told you I wouldn't charge you, and I won't." The small business ethic is alive and well, here...

Don showed up the same day I called (actually, within a few hours!) to check out a used refrigerator that I had just purchsed and did not work. He was friendly, helpful and explained what was wrong with it. Said it wasn't work fixing as the refrigerant leak could be anywhere inside the sealed compartment. Rated him 5 stars for his honesty (he could have recharged it, but it would have leaked again anyway) and promptness. Will use him again though if have any other appliance issues!

I called Don's for service around 9am and I got a schedule for 11am the same day. Don was able to replace the part and be out the door in less than an hour. Great service, quick response and repair! I would definitely call if any other appliances break down.

I was about to purchase a $1100 refrigerator and decided last minute to get a quote to repair my old one instead. Needless to say, my fridge gave out completely. Not cooling whatsoever. All the ice cream melted in the freezer and made a huge mess, Don was at my house within the hour and fixed my refrigerator within another hour. Don is an older gentleman in his late 60's early 70's.
