I definetly had a different experience with Don's Tree Service than the other writers. On 3/29/2024, I paid them in full because I was leaving to go out of state for 2 weeks. Dean Dockham assured me that hre would remove the 2 brush piles of tree branches and debris "the next week." When I returned the 2 brush piles were still there. I called him 4 times and he has not returned my calls. Here it is 4/30/2024 and thet have not picked up the 2 piles of brush. So far so good! Showed up when they said they would. Looked at my " problem tree" . Told me not to be scared.( a BIG THANK YOU).
Dean and his team were terrific! They were on time, cleaned up as the trees were removed, and very professional! Thank you, Jim and Laura
These folks are the best! Watching them work was so incredible, I stayed for the whole tree take down and it was a huge maple. Friendly, professional and when they pulled away, the lawn was raked and leaves were blown away. Highly recommend their service. You get what you pay for!
