Told we needed a new lower ball joint and upper control arm immediately! Tried to do repairs, and shop refused to do a post repair alignment unless they did all they recommended. (Front quick struts, I wonder if they did a test on the shocks! And rear shock absorbers) I don’t complain about mechanics much, but that’s shady. As someone who used to be an alignment jockey, you DO NOT need to replace every part that they recommend. That’s just funny. What happened to Dons?
Les went above and beyond great service for my van, after a few visits he got it figured out and the work was complete. All the staff there are very friendly and trustworthy, I know my vehicle is in great hands here.
Service appts are attended with personable care... the staff are prepared to show and offer customers their first hand experience, with any active appt. Very helpful; as informed decisions are sometimes needed at a point of process.
Made my vehicle issues worse after a huge bill!
