I called recently to try to inquire about tables and chairs for my daughter’s wedding and was met with the most rude behavior that I have experienced while trying to spend money somewhere. I am an event business owner and treat all customers with respect but mid conversation I realized just how rude and unprofessional this man was and ended the conversation to look elsewhere. I will spend my money where it will be appreciated and where I will be treated with kindness and appreciation.
The pricing was reasonable and the employèes were nice and helpful until we returned the items and had a complaint. We paid like $12 to RENT a table cloth that was supposed to fit a 6 foot folding table. The cloth was so big that there was at least 5 extra feet of cloth and it wasnt possible to use. Also, we rented a long table abd this cloth was more for a round table. So we simply couldn't use it.
