Don was on time, prepares & had the correct part with him. He was in & out in 30 minutes. He also charged me \$166 for the repair , \$75 of which was for the service call-keep in mind it took him a week to get here. I felt overcharged to repair a \$15 door latch. Now I realize when he left the wire that holds the seal in place was not secured & I am googling how to fix this myself. Don was very knowledge able and I got my appliance fixed the day he came out. I was very satisfied and I would recommed this business to anyone who wants reliable repairs done at a good price!!!
