They came to my house to pump out my tank. They checked the tank and said that i didn't nee it pumped out.They said the problem was that the pipe to the tank had settled and had created a low spot,causing the pump not to go on until the water level was higher. Recommended i call a plumber. There was no charge, and they were on their way. When I need my tank pumped ,you know who i will call .Honesty is hard to come by today.
