We are new to the RV world and our awning tore, and a piece was bent. We were looking at either repairing or replacing the awning ,since insurance was covering it. We contacted them based upon the reviews and recommendations from others. Called a couple of times with no response, finally they responded via text from the office manager. I changed my LP detector myself and blew the fuse which I couldn't locate. Don came out located the fuse and I was up and running again. He is GREAT!

He is very helpful and knowledgeable, not only in RV repair and service, but also motors , he fixed my chainsaw and lawnmower. Thanks Don .
