Horrible service, rude and cannot explain how our bill jumped from $149 to $549 for tightening NOT EVEN REPLACING a loose wire in our thermostat
They are rude with NO customer service. I waited 4 days for a sewer line that they were out of, my grey is now backing up I called and she snapped my head off that no one answered their phone & no one was ever at rv, wrong I have spent most of my time waiting. Just the same don't argue or get rude with customer and then say you had 15 hours in this. I WOULDVE PAID a delivery fee guess you can be rude while being in middle of desolation. The lady was awful
