Don was paid to do a job it dd awful job liner lasted little over year he doesn't return any kind of contact had to take him to court. Would not recommend!!!!!!
don came to replace our liner and level the one side of our pool this past April (2016). Now the rail of the pool has pulled away from the wall. We have tried reaching Don in numerous different ways...phone calls, text, emails. the first phone call I made to him he returned and told me he would be stopping by to take a look at the pool that week...he never showed up and since then has never returned any calls or answered his emails. He brags about customer service being top priority on his web site but certainly has not live... read more
I have always had a great experience with Don. We have used him for 10 years. He put in a new liner last year and came to fix the sides this summer. I have called him to do work and am awaiting a call back. L marks.

Terrible business...never showed up - had to keep calling and calling, poor work - brand new liner failed in first year because of poor installation
He doesn't return calls and sets a date and never shows up. I find that time is money and he's made enough already and to have to wait thinking he's coming is a little upsetting not a reliable pool guy
