Don called at 620 in the morning and was rude. He ended hanging up on me. Now I know why there hasn't been hot water for 30 days. Incompetent plumbers can fix one problem over and over and over. But just like a simple hot water heater ...they are replaceable!!! Thanks for nothing Don!!! It's unfortunate I had to give you one star!

Was assigned to Don's Plumbing through American Home Shield and ended up being a massive waste of my time while my leak only continues to get worse as no one can be bothered to answer my calls. Called 10 times, no answer, voicemail is full. Message advises sending texts, sent several texts, never an answer. AHS called them a dozen times and never got an answer. Is this place even still in business? This is insane. I asked AHS to remove this company as a contact to hopefully stop others from wasting their time but who knows. ... read more
Like the other reviewers have stated, I also was assigned Don's plumbing for a warranty repair. The initial phone call was prompt and he stated he would be out the following Tuesday. Then the excuses came, about being out of town, and not having the part. I don't understand what part he knew he needed to order, as he never showed up to ensure what the issue was. Later Dennis said the part was delayed and he would send me a the tracking number. After two days of me asking for the tracking number he never gave it. After severa... read more
