I had a problem with my kitchen sink draining properly. I snaked it myself a few times but the problem never really cleared up completely. My drain always gurgled and the problem came back over and over. Finally, I relented. Don came out, snaked it and it has stopped gurgling and now it drains like it's brand new. I highly recommend his service.
I had flooding in my basement and 3 different people out that couldn't fix the problem. Don came out listen to everything that was done and took the time to tell me what it could be. He figured out the problem quickly and explained everything that was done wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. The next time I have a problem he'll be the first person I call from now on.
I have used Don at several of my rental properties. He is very dependable and knowledgeable. And fair prices.
Was in a real jam. I was out of town and my wife texted me that our basement was full of water. Tried several companies nobody answered as it was a Saturday morning. Don answered, heard my tale of woe and said he would get there as soon as he could. He texted my wife prior to arrival. Took care of problem. Very easy to work with. Professional and personable. Could not ask for more than that.
